Welcome to Kalem Project, a nonprofit organization that provides refugee youth with a platform to share their creative writing. Our mission is to empower refugee children through the art of writing. Whether they wish to share their personal experiences through short stories, poems, or plays, we provide a safe and nurturing space for their creativity to flourish. Kalem Project is founded and run by high school students who work with displaced young people around the world to create authentic, heartfelt narratives that inspire empathy, understanding, and connection.
Join us in amplifying these voices and fostering a global community bound by the power of storytelling.
